Assets
Robust and solid
The SMILY casing is made from UV-stabilised high density polyethylene. The structure is galvanised steel and has been designed to withstand the repeated stresses of waste collection.
Certification
Our containers have been tested and approved by the LNE (Standard EN 13071-1): they are resistant to mechanical and climatic constraints.
Rust-proof
The structure is made of hot-dip galvanised steel, which makes it rust-proof.
Graffiti and poster sticking treatment
The shell undergoes a flame treatment after the rotational moulding, making it less porous and reducing ink penetration. Furthermore, the bumps and raised parts on the shell significantly reduce the possibilities of sticking posters.
Guarantee
The above ground containers have a 7-year guarantee covering all manufacturing defects. The chemical inertness of the polyethylene used for the case and face plates is guaranteed for 10 years. These guarantees apply to normal use, excluding accidents, fire or acts of vandalism.
Comfortable to use
Our containers are fitted with a 10 cm wide comfort shelf, for users to put their bag or box on.

Large producer door
For professionals with large volumes of waste, we propose installing a stainless steel door, locked with a triangular key.
Disabled access
Smily containers can be equipped with a lid adapted to the disabled and children on request. This opening is located at a height of 1.10 m.
Soundproofing
On the ground: 10 mm thick foam assembly.
At the top: installation of a 50 mm thick polyurethane foam.
Stainless steel flap
As an alternative to neoprene flaps, we propose stainless steel flaps which can be fitted with a lock.
